We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and professional service to customers and the sales team.

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will support the sales process by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from quote through delivery. This role is focused on customer service, order accuracy, and follow-through, while also contributing to growth through proactive outreach and industry engagement.
A key component of success in this role is developing strong product knowledge and understanding how our solutions are applied within the ski and outdoor recreation industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer & Sales Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
- Prepare accurate quotes and process orders with a high level of detail and consistency
- Follow up on quotes and customer requests to support timely decision-making and conversion
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through responsive and reliable service
Outbound & Prospecting
- Follow up on warm leads via phone and email to generate and advance opportunities
- Conduct targeted outreach to new and existing customers within the ski and outdoor recreation industry
- Re-engage inactive accounts and support ongoing sales initiatives and campaigns
Order Coordination
- Manage orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to align timelines and resolve issues proactively
- Track and communicate order status clearly and consistently to customers
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in Salesforce
Product Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of product offerings and their applications in the field
- Confidently communicate product features, benefits, and use cases to customers
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Core Requirements
- Inside sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accountability and follow-through

- Interest in skiing or the outdoor recreation industry is an asset
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of inside sales experience or similar role
- Experience in the ski and outdoor recreation industry is an asset
- Experience with Salesforce or QuickBooks is an asset
- Business diploma or degree is an asset
