AI Product Manager – AI MaaS Platform

I’m working with a fast-scaling AI infrastructure business that’s building a next-generation Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform. They’re looking for an AI Product Manager to help shape the product roadmap and drive the delivery of cutting-edge AI capabilities.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of LLMs, multimodal AI, and platform engineering, with real ownership over product direction and execution.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of core product capabilities across the AI platform, helping to evolve and scale offerings spanning large language models and multimodal AI (image, video, audio).

Working closely with engineering, research, and commercial teams, you’ll drive product initiatives from concept through to production, ensuring performance, reliability, and a strong end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and ongoing development of core AI platform features
• Lead the integration and production rollout of multimodal AI models
• Drive end-to-end product delivery, aligning engineering, UI/UX, QA, and infrastructure teams
• Translate business and user requirements into clear product specifications (PRDs, prototypes, workflows)
• Work closely with commercial and operations teams to refine product direction based on user feedback and data insights
• Monitor product performance post-launch, iterating to improve engagement, conversion, and scalability

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in product management, ideally within AI, ML, or data platforms
• Experience working with LLMs, MaaS platforms, or generative AI products (AIGC)
• Strong understanding of AI model deployment, inference, and real-world application use cases
• Ability to own the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, research, and commercial teams
• Strong commercial awareness, able to connect product decisions to business impact
