Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Product Manager, with a primary location in Parsippany, NJ and flexibility for remote work as needed. The IT Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategies, managing product roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, driving product initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The role will entail managing timelines and budgets, overseeing product lifecycles, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Management skills including product roadmapping, lifecycle management, and requirement analysis.
• Proficiency in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Experience in business analysis and stakeholder communication to align on goals and priorities.
• Technical knowledge in software development, system integration, and IT solutions to effectively communicate with technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in enterprise IT, consulting, or technology-driven industries is a plus.
