Role summary

Atmosphere Arc Innovations is seeking a Product Manager to develop impactful digital solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3-7+ years of experience in Product Management, familiarity with SaaS/software platforms, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and tools like Jira/Confluence. A data-driven approach and ability to balance business goals with user experience are essential. Experience with cloud products (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

What You’ll Do

Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
Translate business needs into clear product specifications
Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive improvements
Conduct market and competitor research
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases

What We’re Looking For

3–7+ years of experience in Product Management or similar role
Experience with digital products, SaaS, or software platforms
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance business goals with user experience
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills

Nice to Have:

Experience working with cloud-based products (AWS/Azure)
Background in tech startups or scaling environments
