DevOps Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines while driving DevOps best practices across teams. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in modern cloud and microservices environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI
• Lead DevOps initiatives and mentor team members to enhance delivery efficiency and reliability
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (Azure, AWS, or OpenShift)
• Collaborate with development teams to support microservices architecture and ensure seamless deployment processes
• Optimize system performance with a strong understanding of scalability, concurrency, caching, and distributed systems
• Work with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka for reliable data flow
• Manage and optimize databases including SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement and iterative development

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation
• Strong programming skills in Python, Groovy, or JavaScript
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and frameworks such as Spring and Maven
• Proven experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or OpenShift)
• Hands-on experience with containerization, orchestration, and distributed systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment
