Role summary

This role is deeply embedded in technical delivery -- partnering with Product Owners, engineers, QA, and DevOps to ensure business requirements are translated into precise, build‑ready artifacts that scale.
You will operate as a systems‑oriented analyst who understands how Salesforce configurations, integrations, and workflows support post‑sale operations. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable working through process flows and drilling into Jira tickets, user stories, and release planning in an Agile environment.

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role across the U.S. is $91,900 – $137,900, with potential eligibility for a bonus. Black Duck offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation is based on location, experience, skills, and education.
