is seeking a
D365 Applications Manager
to join our Technology team, reporting to the Sr. Director of IT. This role is ideal for a seasoned ERP professional with strong
Dynamics 365
experience and a business-first, data-driven mindset.
What You’ll Do:

• Partner with business leaders to identify needs and deliver scalable solutions using Dynamics 365
• Support and optimize core applications (Dynamics 365, VIP, etc.)
• Develop and execute a 1–3 year ERP strategy and roadmap
• Provide Tier 3 support and resolve complex system issues
• Lead ERP-related projects and drive system enhancements
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement innovative solutions
• Ensure systems meet performance, security, and compliance standards
• Drive adoption and ROI of enterprise applications
• Mentor and support ERP team members

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years supporting Microsoft-based ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
• 3–5+ years in IT leadership or senior-level support roles
• Experience with Azure, Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate), and Office 365
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Finance Operations (FinOps) or Manufacturing environments
• Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Compensation:
$140,000 to $160,000 annually
