Job Title: HR Recruiter

Status: Exempt- Full-Time (Onsite)

Location: Tampa, FL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical, administrative, sales, and operational roles across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions and postings.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Screen applicants, conduct phone/video interviews, and recommend top candidates for hiring consideration.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports for leadership.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as a preferred workplace in healthcare and diagnostics.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and labor market conditions.
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies, compliance requirements, and EEO standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical services.
  • Experience recruiting for both clinical and non-clinical roles strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
