Position Summary
The Vice President of Strategy and Operations is a senior executive responsible for aligning the organization's long-term strategic vision with operational execution.
This leader will oversee strategic planning, business performance, operational excellence, organizational scalability, and cross-functional execution across the company. The role requires a highly capable executive who can transform strategic objectives into measurable outcomes while building the infrastructure, processes, and accountability necessary to support sustained growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Partner closely with executive leadership to define and execute the company's strategic vision and growth objectives.
- Develop long-term business plans and strategic initiatives that support organizational expansion.
- Evaluate emerging market opportunities, operational risks, and competitive positioning.
- Provide executive leadership with actionable insights based on business performance and market intelligence.
- Drive alignment between corporate strategy and day-to-day operations.
Operational Excellence
- Lead company-wide operational planning and execution.
- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that support sustainable growth.
- Improve organizational efficiency, productivity, and resource allocation.
- Establish best practices, governance processes, and performance standards across departments.
- Ensure operational activities remain aligned with strategic priorities.
Business Performance Management
- Establish KPIs, operational metrics, and performance management systems.
- Monitor company performance against strategic goals and operational targets.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Identify areas requiring corrective action and implement improvement initiatives.
- Drive a culture of accountability and results-oriented execution.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with sales, marketing, client success, research, compliance, finance, and operations teams.
- Ensure effective collaboration and alignment across business functions.
- Lead execution of strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Remove operational barriers and improve organizational communication.
Organizational Development
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
- Build high-performing teams and future leadership pipelines.
- Mentor department leaders and promote leadership excellence.
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Projects & Growth Initiatives
- Lead high-impact strategic projects from conception through implementation.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances, or business development activities when applicable.
- Ensure successful execution of key corporate priorities and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business management, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and large-scale business initiatives.
- Strong analytical, financial, operational, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience building scalable systems and processes within growing organizations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and rapidly evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within financial services, fintech, investment management, wealth management, technology, or digital asset sectors.
- Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, operational transformation, or business optimization.
- Experience supporting executive leadership, investors, and board-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success scaling teams and operations during periods of rapid growth.
- Digital asset experience is welcomed but not required. We are primarily seeking leaders with strong strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a proven ability to drive organizational success.
