The ideal candidate is a high-performance builder with proven experience in launching and scaling products from 0 to 1 and beyond. Key requirements include 3+ years in tech/AI/consumer platforms, strong system architecture understanding, experience with video streaming, multi-agent systems, LLM technologies, and backend principles. A data-driven mindset and experience leading cross-functional teams are essential.

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of innovative product solutions. This is full ownership of a system-level product combining LLMs, multi-agent logic, backend architecture, UX, monetization, and community growth.

We are looking for a high-performance builder capable of launching from 0 to 1 and scaling to 10.

Strongest skills for this role

  • 3+ years as Product Manager in tech/AI/consumer platforms (Cursor-native)
  • Proven 0→1 product launches
  • Experience scaling products beyond MVP
  • Strong understanding of basic system architecture
  • Experience with video streaming services (Mux, Cloudflare Stream, HLS/DASH)
  • Confirmed experience designing or coordinating multi-agent orchestration systems
  • Deep understanding of LLM, RAG, embeddings, and inference
  • Basic backend understanding (API logic, data flows, auth, scalability principles)
  • Experience aligning backend, AI logic, and UX into one coherent system
  • Data-driven mindset (analytics tools, retention metrics, funnel logic)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (8+ people)
  • Active use of AI tools in daily workflow
  • Experience in media, storytelling, video, creators economy
  • Experience building community-driven or social platforms
  • Experience designing monetization systems (subscriptions, drops, marketplaces)
  • Startup environment with full technical ownership
