Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with strong experience in
Agentic AI systems
to lead the development of next-generation intelligent products. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI research to build autonomous, goal-driven AI solutions that deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for
Agentic AI-driven platforms
- Translate business problems into scalable AI product solutions using autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks
- Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and software teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
- Design and manage
AI workflows
, including planning, reasoning, memory, and tool usage in agent systems
- Work with LLM-based architectures (prompting, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines)
- Ensure responsible AI practices including governance, explainability, and compliance
- Define KPIs and success metrics for AI products and continuously optimize performance
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in AI/GenAI space
- Engage with stakeholders, customers, and leadership to align product outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with
Agentic AI / Autonomous Agents / Multi-Agent Systems
- Strong understanding of
LLMs, GenAI, and NLP
- Experience with frameworks such as:
- LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent orchestration tools
- Knowledge of
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
, vector databases, and embeddings
- Familiarity or Experience with ServiceNow Platform
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to understand system architecture and work closely with engineering teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI products in domains like SaaS, enterprise automation, or conversational AI
- Background in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
- Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of AI safety, ethics, and governance
