The Role:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a founding member of our US Sale Team. This is a 0-to-1 builder role. You aren’t just hitting a quota; you're architecting our sales playbooks, refining our ICP, and enhancing our commercial foundations that future AEs will inherit.

What you’ll own:

  • Full-Cycle Execution: Own the process from sourcing to signature.
  • Partner with the CEO to sharpen positioning and develop the playbooks that define how an AI-native category is sold.
  • You will lead sophisticated discovery and multi-stakeholder negotiations across CS, Product, IT and Procurement.
  • Funnel US market intelligence and competitive insights directly to the Product and Marketing teams.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of SaaS closing experience with a history of consistent quota attainment.
  • You’ve excelled at selling complex, technical products to sophisticated, multi-layered organizations.
  • You’ve seen what good looks like at scale, but you thrive in the world of an early-stage startup where you create the structure rather than just following it.
  • You have a high degree of technical curiosity (AI/LLMs) and the business acumen to translate sophisticated product capabilities into clear financial ROI.
  • You don't need a process; you’re here to help us create it.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience as an early hire for a successful scale-up.
  • Previous success selling disruptive CX, Enablement technology, Support technology, or Knowledge Management.
