Role summary

Caelion Advisory Solutions is seeking a Power Platform Automation Engineer to design and build automation solutions for identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes). This role involves developing workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), integrating with Azure AD, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365, and optimizing/troubleshooting automation processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Platform, a basic understanding of identity management and automation concepts, and familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This is a full-time role with 0-4 years of experience encouraged.

Role Description

We are looking for a Power Platform Automation Engineer to design and build automation solutions focused on Identity lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes). This role centers on developing efficient workflows using Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft tools

• Develop JML workflows for identity and access management

• Integrate solutions with Azure AD, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365

• Optimize and troubleshoot automation processes

• Collaborate with teams to streamline onboarding, role changes, and offboarding

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate

• Basic understanding of identity management and automation concepts

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Azure AD, SharePoint)

• Strong problem-solving and execution skills

• 0–4 years experience; OPT candidates encouraged to apply
