Role Description

As a
Senior Product Manager
, you will shape the product vision, validate product‑market fit, and lead go‑to‑market strategy for our B2B SaaS product. This is a highly cross‑functional, hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited to drive impact end‑to‑end — from discovery and strategy to launch and adoption. You will serve as the connective link between founders, engineers, designers, sales, marketing and users ensuring alignment, clarity, and execution excellence.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Product‑Market Fit

- Develop and execute a clear
product vision, strategy, and roadmap
aligned with business goals
- Drive
product‑market fit
through continuous customer discovery, validation, and iteration
- Identify and prioritize the
right problems to solve
by deeply understanding customer pain points — looking beyond what customers ask for to uncover root needs
- Define, track, and monitor
success metrics and KPIs
that measure adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction

Go‑to‑Market & Growth

- Develop and lead
go‑to‑market strategies
for new product offerings and major feature launches
- Manage
early adopter programs
, product experiments, and beta rollouts
- Interface directly with customers to validate solutions, execute discovery work, and ensure we are prioritizing the right customer problems

Execution & Delivery

- Own the
end‑to‑end product delivery lifecycle
— from ideation and discovery to launch and post‑launch analysis
- Manage a product roadmap from inception through implementation and iteration
- Drive prioritization across competing initiatives by balancing user value, business impact, and technical constraints
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and retrospectives
- Make thoughtful trade‑offs around scope, timing, and quality to deliver meaningful outcomes

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering and Marketing team

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

- 5+ years of experience in
product management
, ideally in
SaaS
- Experience working in a startup, SaaS company, or small team within a large tech organization
- Proven experience bringing new product offerings to market
- Experience with zero‑to‑one
or early‑stage products is a strong plus
- Previous experience at
AI‑centric or data‑centric companies
is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business
