Brand-Nu is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the commercial success of its high-purity chemical and excipient portfolios. This role will focus on pricing strategy, product lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization within the biopharma, pharmaceutical, medical technology, and specialty chemical markets. The ideal candidate is an early-career professional with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, eager to grow within a global life sciences organization. Responsibilities include maintaining price lists, supporting cost/margin analysis, tracking product lifecycles, conducting market intelligence, and preparing reports. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of experience in product management, pricing, procurement, or sales support are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial success of Brand‑Nu’s high-purity chemical and excipient portfolios. Working under the guidance of senior leadership, you will support pricing strategy, product lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization across our biopharma, pharmaceutical, medical technology, and specialty chemical markets.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Execution

  • Maintain and update global price lists and customer pricing agreements.
  • Support cost/margin analysis to guide pricing decisions and commercial offers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate and implement pricing changes.
  • Monitor competitive pricing trends and market dynamics.

Portfolio Management

  • Assist with product lifecycle tracking including new product onboarding, phase-outs, and SKU rationalization.
  • Track key performance indicators (revenue, margin, volume) for assigned product families.
  • Support the maintenance of product data in internal systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PIM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, compliance, and documentation readiness.

Market & Business Intelligence

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis to inform product and pricing strategies.
  • Research emerging technologies, excipient developments, and raw material trends in the biopharma and medical device industries.

Administrative & Cross-Functional Support

  • Support customer inquiries and internal requests related to pricing, product specifications, and availability.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for commercial and executive reviews.
  • Assist with project tracking and product launch support.
  • Manage stage gate process for New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
  • Develop and track RFPs and quotations for project opportunities.
  • Create product documentation and sales collateral for sales and technical presentations.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Technical proficiency in industry-specific tools.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, pricing, procurement, or sales support—ideally in life sciences or specialty chemicals.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, data analysis).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharma, or medical device supply chain.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft AX) and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365).
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP, USP, Ph. Eur., REACH).
  • Pragmatic Marketing / Product Management foundational knowledge
