ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Manager at Calibrate, you will sit at the center of a mission-driven team dedicated to changing the way the world treats metabolic health. Working closely with the Director of Product, you will help architect the member’s journey - from the moment a member joins and navigates clinical intake, through their daily habit-tracking and GLP-1 medication management, to the internal tools that empower our clinical and coaching teams to deliver world-class care. You are responsible for ensuring that every digital touchpoint feels like a cohesive, supportive, and effective path toward sustained metabolic health.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Holistic Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Product to align cross-functional efforts into a unified product vision that serves the member and internal teams at every stage of the Calibrate journey.
- End-to-End Optimization: Identify friction points across the entire member journey by facilitating user research with members and internal teams, analysing user feedback and product insights, and shipping solutions iteratively that streamline the experience.
- Cross-Team-Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical and Coaching Operations, Analytics, Sales, Marketing and Member Support to ensure that our technology enables a seamless care model.
- Outcome-Oriented Growth: Monitor holistic health markers and engagement metrics to ensure that product updates are driving actual results for our members and unit economics goals.
- Operational Excellence: Drive team transparency by managing weekly meeting agendas and materials, triaging and communicating bug resolutions, and drafting high-impact release updates to keep all stakeholders aligned on our progress.
- Delivery: Work closely as a Product, Design and Engineering trio to align on feature scope and write tickets that break down features into smaller iterative chunks.
