About The Role
Cantina is hiring a Product Manager to work across multiple product surfaces, including onboarding, storylines, content discovery, and retention. You will partner closely with design and engineering to drive features from spec to launch, track the health of products in production, and help the team continuously identify what to build and improve (and cut!). This is a high-context, fast-moving role suited for someone who is comfortable across multiple concurrent workstreams and takes ownership seriously.
What You’ll Do

  • Own product execution across multiple surface areas including onboarding, in-feed, discovery, storylines, and retention, carrying features end-to-end from requirements through launch
  • Write clear, production-ready specs and requirements that give design and engineering what they need to move without repeated clarification
  • Monitor product health across your areas through dashboards and analytics
  • Design, run, and readout on A/B tests; make data-informed recommendations on what to ship, iterate, or kill
  • Collaborate daily with design on UX flows and review implementation for quality and spec fidelity
  • Maintain a living sense of what is working and what is not across your product areas, and bring recommendations to the roadmap proactively
  • Come up with new ideas and consistently push the boundaries of what AI can do!

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of product management experience at a mobile consumer or social platform
  • Track record of shipping features end-to-end in close partnership with design and engineering teams
  • Strong analytical instincts; comfortable owning product health metrics, running experiments, and deriving conclusions from data without a lot of hand-holding
  • Clear, direct written communication; can write a tight spec that leaves no ambiguity
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel/Hex or equivalent
  • Familiarity with design collaboration in Figma
  • Comfortable with Jira or equivalent sprint/project tracking
  • Travel may be required up to 10% of the time

Compensation
