Performance Marketing Manager

Carousel is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our technical marketing engine. We’re looking for someone highly technical, analytical, creative, and performance-driven. This is a hands-on growth role for someone who understands how to build acquisition systems, optimize funnels, improve conversion, and make data-backed decisions that directly impact revenue.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and leadership. While the position is currently very hands-on, we’re looking for someone with strong leadership potential who can help shape our technical marketing direction, take ownership of core processes, and eventually play a key role in scaling out the marketing team.

You won’t just manage campaigns. You’ll help shape how we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Own and scale paid acquisition across Google and other channels
• Build and optimize full-funnel growth strategies
• Lead technical SEO initiatives and website performance improvements
• Improve landing pages, user journeys, and conversion rates
• Create reporting dashboards and analyze campaign performance
• Run A/B tests and growth experiments
• Work closely with leadership, design, and development teams
• Help improve marketing infrastructure, automation, and scalability
• Take ownership of marketing operations and help establish scalable processes for long-term growth

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition
• Strong Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager experience
• Strong understanding of SEO, conversion optimization, and attribution
• Experience scaling campaigns with measurable ROI
• Comfortable working hands-on with websites and landing pages
• Figma experience is a major asset
• Someone proactive, fast-moving, and ownership-driven
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to independently drive projects, make decisions, and help build structure within the marketing function
• Someone excited by the opportunity to eventually help mentor a marketing team
