Role summary
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition, partnerships, and revenue. This high-impact role involves operating across paid ads (TikTok, Meta), outbound strategies, and strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for launching and optimizing campaigns, building creative pipelines, identifying and executing outbound strategies, structuring and closing partnerships, and setting up analytics and attribution systems. The ideal candidate has 1-4 years of experience in growth or early-stage startups, is comfortable running experiments, and is highly scrappy. Familiarity with trading cards, collectibles, or marketplaces is a plus. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco.
### **The Role**
We’re hiring a **GTM Lead** to own growth. This is a high-impact, builder role working directly with the founders to scale user acquisition, partnerships, and revenue.
You’ll operate across **paid ads, outbound strategy, and strategic partnerships**—with the autonomy to test, ship, and double down on what works.

**Compensation:** $100K–$135K salary + 0.5% equity + benefits\

### **What You’ll Do**
* **Own paid acquisition**
* Launch and optimize campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other channels
* Build creative pipelines and iterate quickly on performance
* **Drive outbound growth**
* Identify and execute outbound strategies (shops, collectors, communities)
* Build scrappy systems for outreach, tracking, and conversion
* **Develop strategic partnerships**
* Work with card shops, marketplaces, and ecosystem players
* Structure and close partnerships that drive distribution
* **Be in the field**
* Travel on weekends to **card shows and events**
* Talk to users, test messaging, and close deals in person
* **Build systems, not just campaigns**
* Set up analytics, attribution, and feedback loops
* Work closely with engineering to improve growth infrastructure

### **Who You Are**
* 1–4 years experience in growth, GTM, or early-stage startups

* Highly scrappy—you figure things out without waiting for instruction
* Strong communicator (especially for partnerships and outbound)
