Sr. Litigation Paralegal

Be a key player from discovery to trial and beyond. We’re seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal who thrives on independent judgment, rigorous organization, and high-impact support for depositions, hearings, and trials.

What you’ll do:

• Lead document collection/production (stamp, redact, index); maintain files and eDiscovery databases
• Analyze documents, build chronologies/charts, perform calculations; review transcripts
• Own depo/trial prep and in-court support (exhibits, notes, witness coordination, time tracking)
• Conduct research and case law searches; liaise across internal teams and outside vendors

What you bring:

• 7+ years in commercial and/or IP litigation
• Expert with eDiscovery, Lexis/Westlaw, litigation databases; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
• Mastery of Rules of Civil Procedure, e-filing, and federal/state/local court procedures
• Outstanding written/verbal communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills; meticulous attention to detail
• BA + ABA-approved paralegal certificate
