We’re seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal who wants hands-on involvement in meaningful cases and direct collaboration with our litigation attorney. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping cases organized and moving forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage litigation calendars, hearings, and critical deadlines
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
  • Handle Florida e-filing and court submissions
  • Coordinate with courts, judicial assistants, clients, and opposing counsel
  • Assist with case preparation, organization, and tracking case progress
  • Participate in select client communications and meetings
  • Help improve internal processes, systems, and workflows

  • Deadlines are consistently met without last-minute issues
  • Filings are accurate, timely, and well-prepared
  • The attorney can rely on you to keep cases progressing smoothly
  • Clients feel informed and confident throughout their case

Requirements

Required:

  • Experience with Florida litigation, including: Drafting legal documents, E-filing through the Florida Courts e-Portal, Scheduling hearings and working with judicial assistants
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Prior experience in a law firm setting
  • Experience with legal case management software
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline document management, research, and case preparation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
