Role summary

Centralize is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to build out the repeatable Mid-Market+ sales motion for their AI-powered relationship intelligence platform. This full-cycle, outbound role requires 5+ years of closing experience, with at least 2 years closing Mid-Market or Enterprise deals ($50K+ ACV). The ideal candidate is a builder with experience at a Series A or B startup, comfortable sourcing their own pipeline and selling a category-defining product. The role offers a competitive OTE of $220-$280K plus equity, with opportunities for travel.

At Centralize, we're building the GPS for navigating trust in complex deals — the relationship intelligence platform redefining CRM in the AI era. Webflow, Intercom, Brex, Cognition, LangChain, and Cresta use us to close their largest deals. We've grown 5x in the last year and accelerating.

We just raised a Series A led by NEA and we're about to bring Centralize to the world: a public launch, self-serve signup, and the start of an enterprise revenue category becoming a household name.

You'll join right as the lift-off begins, into a motion Rachit has run founder-led to seven figures. The early pitch, ICP, and playbook exist. The repeatable MM+ motion doesn't. That's what you're here to build.

### **Job Description:**

* Close MM deals with flex into Enterprise (ACVs of $50K to multiple six figures)
* Build out the MM+ sales motion for our journey to Series B
* Full-cycle role, mostly outbound — you source the majority of your pipeline
* Compensation: $220-$280K OTE + 0.10-0.20% equity

### **Who we're looking for:**

* 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience, with 2+ years closing MM or Enterprise deals at $50K+ ACV
* Comfortable sourcing your own deals, building playbooks, and selling a category-defining product
* A builder's instinct — you've done this once at a Series A or B startup and want to do it again with full ownership
* Wants to sell the product they've spent their career wishing existed, to people who look exactly like them
* Willing to travel to customers and quarterly offsites
