Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Charlotte, NC, for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and offering customized solutions based on their needs. Duties include managing and negotiating sales processes, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with engineering teams to address customer requirements. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, understanding technical specifications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate across internal and external teams.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in water management, pump systems, or related industries is a plus.
