This full-time role involves building and managing relationships with carrier partners, negotiating rates, securing capacity, and tracking shipments to ensure cost-effective freight movement. The representative will collaborate with internal teams, leverage AI and automation tools for sourcing and booking freight, and grow carrier networks. The position requires 1+ years of experience in carrier sales, logistics, or transportation, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to commute to Nashville.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in carrier sales, logistics, or transportation
  • Strong communicator and confident negotiator
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Self-starter who thrives on solving problems and working as part of a team
  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
