Role summary

Chima is seeking a Senior Account Executive for an in-person role in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value deals ($100k+) and managing the full sales cycle. Responsibilities include building a sales pipeline, exceeding targets, managing strategic accounts, and collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams. This role requires a consultative sales approach and market awareness within the AI solutions space. The company is a fast-growing YC company focused on AI-powered agents for enterprise automation.

Chima is looking for an experienced **Senior Account Executive** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, and who has a proven track record of closing high-value deals. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. The role is 100% in-person in San Francisco.

### **Responsibilities:**

* Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to adapt and build a unified sales motion
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within accounts

### **Qualifications:**

* **Deal Ownership:** Take full ownership of the sales cycle from lead qualification (typically handed off by SDRs) to closing, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded.
* **Strategic Account Management:** Develop and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and expansion opportunities.
* **High-Value Deal Closure:** Lead negotiations and close deals that often exceed $100k, using a consultative sales approach to align Chima’s AI solutions with client business goals.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work in tandem with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and long-term client satisfaction.
* **Market Leadership:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Chima’s offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
