We are a fast-growing global company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Human Resource Assistant
to join our team in Los Angeles. This role will support HR operations in the U.S., with a primary focus on recruitment coordination and administrative HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding support
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support HR compliance by helping prepare documentation and tracking deadlines for employee-related matters
  • Assist in the coordination of benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support general office administration as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, recruitment coordination, or administrative support.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices in the U.S.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with HRIS or ATS is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
