Role summary

Seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with extensive SAP Finance experience to lead critical Azure-based SAP programs. The role involves platform migration, data lake retirement, and cross-team delivery. Key responsibilities include leading sprint planning, managing demand intake, defining scope, identifying dependencies, and driving the retirement of BODS and other data systems. The TPM will also oversee the migration of BW/4HANA datasets to a unified platform and support AI initiatives. This role requires strong technical program management skills, a good understanding of Azure data architecture, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and engineering teams.

Technical Program Manager (TPM) – SAP Finance

Location: Redmond, WA (Remote with PST time work is okay)

C2C or W2 or Fulltime

Role Summary

We are looking for a TPM with strong SAP Finance experience to lead platform migration, data lake retirement, and cross‑team delivery on Azure‑based SAP programs.

Required Skills

  • Hands‑on experience with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA
  • Recent experience leading large SAP transformation programs
  • Strong technical program management skills
  • Good understanding of Azure platform and data architecture
  • Ability to drive discussions with business and engineering teams

Preferred Skills

  • Azure Fabric & OneLake
  • ADLS Gen2
  • Exposure to AI / analytics initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sprint planning and program execution
  • Own demand intake and requirements gathering
  • Define and prioritize Unified Platform scope of work
  • Identify dependencies and remove delivery blockers
  • Drive BODS retirement and consumer sign‑offs
  • Support FDL OneLake and EDL retirement initiatives
  • Migrate BW/4HANA datasets to Unified Platform/FDL
  • Support SAP Domain AI Agent efforts (as applicable)
