We are seeking a customer‑focused Program Manager to lead mission‑critical projects for strategic customers as part of our Product Engineering team in Rancho Bernardo. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery execution to ensure the success of critical programs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong background in mechanical engineering, program management, customer engagement, and technical delivery.

**Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
:**

- Lead end-to-end program execution
for a high-visibility customer project, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the
primary point of contact
for the customer, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, product, support, and sales to drive project milestones and resolve blockers.
- Develop and maintain
detailed project plans
, risk registers, and status reports tailored for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular
executive briefings
and meetings with customers and internal leadership.
- Proactively identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education
: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or directly related equivalent experience required.

Experience
: 10+ years of semiconductor equipment industry experience; backend test segment preferred with 5+ years of engineering product marketing or program management experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong communication skills (written/verbal) and with credible executive presence.
• Expert in delivering executive presentations spanning technical, business and strategic topics.
• Background in mechanical engineering, program management, customer engagement, and technical delivery.
• Knowledgeable about semiconductor capital equipment market and customer requirements with the ability to navigate deeply technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• Attention to detail and an eye for quality.

**Job Conditions/Physical Demands
:**
Domestic and international travel may be required. Prolonged periods of sitting at the computer terminal.
