Operations Data Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Support daily operations and the sales team with admin and data-related tasks
• Fix customer issues and handle unusual or complex problems
• Review and clean data to make sure it’s accurate
• Work with internal teams and customers to resolve issues
• Help create and manage customer orders in SAP
• Handle billing and submit invoices through vendor portals
• Identify and fix issues with purchase orders or third-party systems
• Maintain and update customer information (master data)
• Occasionally provide on-site support at service centers
• Follow company policies and ensure proper documentation

Additional Responsibilities

• Help coordinate daily operations for a branch or department
• Support managers with administrative and operational tasks
• Assist in improving processes, workflows, and efficiency
• Help implement company policies and operational strategies
• Suggest improvements to performance, quality, and work processes

What They’re Looking For:

Experience

- 2+ years of relevant experience (or a Bachelor’s degree)
- Ideally
3–5 years of experience
in operations or admin roles

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to investigate and fix issues independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic understanding of business operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Technical Skills

• Experience with ERP systems (like SAP)
• Familiarity with CRM or field service tools (a plus)
