Technical Skills:

• Strong Advance Excel skills required.
• Power BI & GIS knowledge required.
• SAP - Preferred.

Job Overview:

• Support construction management by analyzing and consolidating data for capital planning and business decisions.
• Work across multiple systems to generate reports, dashboards, and KPI insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors on safety and performance metrics.Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Analyze data from Safety Culture for construction/restoration reporting.
• Track contractor performance, safety metrics, and job components.
• Support invoice/accounting data entry and work package tracking.
• Assist Resource Planning with stakeholder reporting needs.Required Skills:
• Strong Excel and computer/software skills.
• Good organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Critical thinking and ability to assess business objectives and cost-benefit impacts.
