Conduit is hiring Account Executives to help accelerate the next phase of growth for our conversational AI platform.
We power revenue critical communication for high touch B2C operators. Mortgage lenders, debt relief firms, real estate groups, hospitality operators and similar businesses use Conduit to respond faster, convert more leads, and automate high volume customer conversations.
As an Account Executive at Conduit, you will own full cycle revenue across targeted industries where speed to lead and automation directly impact revenue. You will operate inside a defined GTM strategy, sharpen it through execution, and drive meaningful growth.
If you want to step into a real market with real demand and own serious pipeline from day one, this is that role. Every business that talks to customers is moving toward AI driven communication. This is not a trend, it is an infrastructure shift.
**What You'll Do**
- **Run full cycle sales** from first touch through close. You will manage inbound, drive outbound into named accounts, run sharp discovery, deliver tailored demos, and negotiate contracts. You are responsible for outcomes.
- **Execute and refine a proven motion:** Our early team has validated ICPs, messaging, and deal structure. Your job is to execute it consistently, identify where it breaks, and make it stronger.
- **Sell into high touch B2C verticals:** You will work with operators and executives in industries where missed calls and slow follow up cost millions. Mortgage lenders, debt relief firms, property operators, hospitality groups and similar businesses that live and die by customer communication.
- You will translate Conduit’s automation into clear ROI including faster speed to lead, higher contact rates, reduced overhead, and measurable revenue lift.
- **Customize demos around real ROI:** We do not run generic slide decks. You will diagnose the problem, quantify the gap, and show how Conduit directly fixes it. The demo should feel inevitable.
- **Represent Conduit externally:** Attend industry events, host webinars, and build relationships in our core verticals. We are becoming known in these markets and you will help accelerate that.
**Who You Are**
- **Proven closer:** Three to five years of B2B SaaS sales experience. You have taken deals from cold to closed and consistently exceeded quota.
- **Pipeline builder:** You do not wait for marketing. You know how to prospect intelligently into a defined ICP. Cold calls, creative outreach, account mapping. You generate your own momentum.
- **Consultative but decisive:** You run tight discovery. You control the call. You translate operational pain into economic impact. You sell outcomes.
- **Built for startup pace:** You do not need hand holding. Ambiguity does not scare you. You want to shape the next stage of a company, not inherit a mature org chart.
- **Sales tech fluent:** Comfortable in Salesforce and modern sequencing tools. You use data to prioritize and close.
**Compensation & Benefits**
