
Community Program Manager
Role summary
Copado is seeking a Community Program Manager to drive its community programs in North America. This role will focus on executing programs like Champions, User Groups, Student Chapters, and hackathons, managing event logistics, and enabling volunteers. Key responsibilities include program operations, budget management, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in community or program management, with a strong background in event execution and experience within tech-based communities like Salesforce or SaaS. The role requires proficiency in CRM, community platforms, and event tools, with the ability to travel globally.
Role Overview
The Community Program Manager will support and execute Copado’s community programs in North America, driving Copado champions, user group events, student chapters, hackathons, and overall operational excellence. This role supports grassroots community engagement, manages event logistics, leads volunteer enablement, and ensures measurable outcomes aligned with Copado’s global community strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Program Execution
- Execute NAMER-wide programs including Champions, User Groups, Student Chapters, meetups, and hackathons.
- Lead logistics, venue management, vendor coordination, swag distribution, and event reporting.
- Support major Salesforce events such as TDX, Dreamforce, World Tours, and Dreamin’ events
- Leader & Volunteer Enablement
- Identify, onboard, and mentor Champions, User Group Leaders and Student Chapter Leaders.
- Conduct quarterly champions and leader enablement sessions and ensure alignment with community programs.
- Provide playbooks, content kits, and event support to ensure city-run meetups run smoothly.
- Program Operations & Metrics
- Own annual event calendar and NAMER-wide community program operations.
- Manage budgets, vendors, shipping, swags, and logistics across all community initiatives.
- Track KPIs such as attendance, certifications, engagement, conversions, and ROI dashboards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with Product, Marketing, Partner, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, demos, and enablement.
- Support the Community Content & Advocacy Lead by sharing community stories and event insights.
- Partner with education teams and campus networks for hackathons and student programs.
- Community Growth & Impact
- Drive participation, engagement, and certification growth across the NAMER region.
- Support the launch and adoption of the reimagined Copado Community Portal.
- Ensure consistent community engagement through meetups, hackathons, and learning journeys.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in community management, program execution, event operations, or program management.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience in multi-city event execution.
- Experience working with Salesforce, DevOps, Testing, SaaS, or tech-based communities is required.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM, community platforms, event tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Ability to travel for community events globally.

- 20+ community events executed annually with >90% satisfaction rate in the NAMER region.
- 5000+ net new Community members added from NAMER
- 3000+ academy certifications from NAMER
- 5+active user groups sustained across NAMER
- 33%+ conversion from event participants to certified Copado users.
- Growth in community membership, attendance, and overall ecosystem visibility.
