Role summary

Cosmo Appliances is seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of their luxury kitchen appliance products. This role involves combining product planning and marketing to develop winning products by gathering and prioritizing customer requirements. The Product Manager will make data-driven decisions, manage the product database, identify and resolve product issues, and analyze market trends to optimize product performance and usability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, and has a passion for building products customers love in a fast-paced environment.

A Product Manager is a professional who combines both product planning and marketing to manage the entire life cycle of one project. They are responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to create winning products. An successful Product Manager needs to have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, knowledge about the market they're working within and industry trends to develop and oversee a successful product strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the Cosmo product line and make data-driven decisions
  • Develop, organize, and maintain product database to ensure that all product technical details (SKU, design, parts, functionality, specifications, etc...) are consolidated and easily accessible
  • Work closely with customer service supervisor to identify customer issues with products and communicate solutions to improve customer experience (i.e. maintenance, operation, and repair of products)
  • Troubleshoot repeated product defects and identify ways to optimize product performance and usability
  • Analyze product market and customer experience to determine best approach for product development
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Minimum of 2 year of customer service/customer relations experience
  • Industry experience (plus)
  • Technologically/Mechanically savvy
  • Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Excellent Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
  • Proficiency in English (Bilingual is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (plus)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
