This role is ideal for someone who understands commercial construction sales and wants the backing of a company with the operational strength, reputation, and resources to deliver what they sell.
Our Account Managers focus on building relationships with property owners, managers, and consultants, identifying roofing and exterior restoration needs, and developing solutions that protect and extend the life of commercial buildings.
Top performers in this role build strong recurring client relationships and six-figure earnings while representing a respected brand in the marketplace.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of commercial roofing and exterior restoration opportunities
- Develop relationships with building owners, property managers, facility directors, consultants, and general contractors
- Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and customer consultations
- Partner with estimating and operations teams to develop competitive and accurate proposals
- Sell repair, maintenance, restoration, and full replacement solutions
- Maintain and track activity through CRM
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin goals
What We’re Looking ForRequired
- Proven success in commercial roofing or construction sales
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical roofing solutions
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Preferred
- 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience
- Experience working with property managers, facility directors, or commercial owners
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen)
- CRM experience (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar)
