We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Account Manager
who brings technical strength and relational maturity to support our commercial clients and contribute to a collaborative, high-trust remote team.
This is a client service and retention role.

You will support a portfolio that includes core commercial coverages such as general liability, property, workers’ compensation, umbrella, and management liability.
This role exists to protect client relationships and strengthen retention as we grow.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and service an established commercial book
- Lead renewals, endorsements, and policy updates
- Guide clients through coverage and risk conversations
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure smooth execution
You will work independently within a collaborative remote team that values communication and accountability.

Qualifications
- Active insurance license required
- Minimum
2 years commercial insurance experience
- Solid understanding of commercial coverages and renewal workflows
- EZLynx experience is a plus
