The Team
The Product Manager is responsible for driving the growth and success of our product line by increasing revenue and user adoption in existing offerings, while leading the development and launch of innovative new products.
You Will Be
Supporting the end-to-end product delivery process, actively participating in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely, high-quality releases. Activities include:
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Engaging in release planning, iteration planning, and retrospectives
- Participating in sizing and refinement meetings
- Taking on delivery team tasks and prioritizing the backlog (in partnership with the Product Analyst)
- Collaborating with the documentation team to produce release notes and user guides
- Developing, maintaining, and communicating solution roadmaps for both internal and external audiences, ensuring transparent updates to key stakeholders.
- Partnering with Product Managers and Directors to shape an integrated platform data strategy, identifying synergies while preserving the value of individual solutions.
- Driving operational readiness for all product launches, ensuring stakeholders are equipped to support new and updated releases.
- Collaborating with product marketing on webinars and campaign content to support lead generation efforts.
- Providing direction to the Product Analyst on delivery activities, including prioritization, release planning, and Agile retrospectives, to keep product releases on schedule.
- Working with senior leadership to develop an annual solution operating plan, outlining key initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
- Serving as a product evangelist, supporting sales through training, sales opportunities, and presentations at internal and external events to boost product awareness.
You Will Bring
- Educated to Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience or at least 2-4 years of software product management or relevant health care experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Craneware products and software solutions with expert knowledge within the revenue cycle of the assigned product line.
- Good domain knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue for multiple software solutions within a product line.
- 2-4 years’ experience working with technology teams to bring software solutions to market.
- Demonstrable experience of developing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, aptitude for metrics and the ability to carry out detailed cost benefit analysis.
- Commercial aptitude. Excellent written, and verbal communication.
- Good project management skills, in particular good stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of agile processes and methodologies.
- Expert in presentation and training skills.
