The role involves overseeing end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, cybersecurity, cloud, and operations teams, and managing risks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, 5+ years of experience in technical program/project management, and a strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud concepts. Experience with Federal IT programs is required, and certifications like PMP or Agile/Scrum Master are preferred.

Position Summary

We are actively seeking a highly capable Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional technical initiatives. The TPM will ensure successful delivery of technology‑driven programs by aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and driving execution across engineering, product, cybersecurity, cloud, and operations teams.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience steering programs from concept through deployment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

Program Leadership & Delivery

  • Oversee end‑to‑end program execution, including scoping, planning, scheduling, and delivery milestones
  • Drive alignment across engineering product data and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for program outcomes, risks, and success criteria

Technical Oversight

  • Understand technical architectures, cloud environments, APIs, security requirements, and data workflows to guide teams effectively
  • Translate business goals into technical implementation plans and ensure engineering approaches match requirements

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams
  • Present status updates, dashboards, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly and proactively

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify program challenges early; develop mitigation and contingency plans
  • Manage quality, compliance, and technical execution risks throughout project lifecycle

Process & Governance

  • Implement standard program management best practices, documentation, and reporting
  • Support Agile ceremonies, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and sprint alignment

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate across multiple teams and vendors to ensure program alignment and timely execution
  • Build partnerships with engineering, security, cloud, product, and operations organizations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management in a technical environment
  • Proven experience overseeing technical programs across cloud, software,  cybersecurity data or enterprise systems
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud concepts
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting Federal or Government IT programs
  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent- Prefered
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), low‑code/no‑code solutions, or secure enterprise architectures
