This role is focused on managing multiple related initiatives as a coordinated program, ensuring strategic alignment, consistent delivery practices, and measurable business outcomes.

You will partner closely with executive leaders across business and technology teams to shape priorities, establish governance, and ensure programs are executed with clarity and discipline.

Pay:
$45-65/hr

What you will do
• Own and lead enterprise IT programs supporting strategic business initiatives
• Oversee multiple related projects and workstreams as an integrated program
• Act as the primary technical and program advisor for the assigned business unit
• Drive alignment between business strategy, technology capability, and execution plans
• Establish and manage program level governance, operating cadence, and reporting
• Guide prioritization across initiatives to maximize business value and outcomes
• Champion consistent delivery practices, metrics, and accountability across teams
• Provide senior level DevOps subject matter expertise and strategic guidance
• Influence and align senior business and IT leaders around program goals
• Identify program level risks and dependencies and drive resolution proactively
• Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to support long term program success
What we are looking for
• Extensive experience leading enterprise level IT programs
• Demonstrated ownership of multi initiative portfolios or long running programs
• Expert level DevOps knowledge and practical application at scale
• Strong experience establishing program governance and delivery frameworks
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex cross functional environments
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business value through program leadership
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision making skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment
Nice to have
• Experience supporting financial services or automotive related business units
• Experience operating at a principal or executive advisory level
• Background in large regulated or enterprise scale environments
