. The work will be done onsite or hybrid depending on the customer’s preference (Chicago, Peoria, Dallas, or Broomfield offices). This is a long-term position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to
$70/hr + full benefits
(vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).
Job Summary
Cullerton Group is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to support the design and delivery of high-quality, user-centered digital experiences. This role will work closely with product teams, stakeholders, and development teams to create intuitive, consistent, and effective user interfaces across complex digital platforms. The designer will contribute to customer experience strategy, develop design artifacts, and ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs. This position offers exposure to enterprise-level applications and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to gather and understand business and user requirements
• Design and deliver user interface specifications using research, design standards, and industry best practices
• Create UX artifacts such as personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
• Participate in design reviews, presenting concepts and gaining alignment across teams
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure consistency across digital platforms
• Work within Agile teams to deliver solutions aligned with timelines, budgets, and technical constraints
• Contribute to customer experience strategy and support development of design roadmaps
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 8+ years of professional experience (with at least 3+ years in UX/UI design)
• Strong proficiency with design tools such as
Figma (required), Sketch, or similar UX/UI platforms
• Experience designing complex digital products, systems, or enterprise applications
• 3+ years of eCommerce or customer-facing digital experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing end-to-end digital experiences across multiple platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with product teams
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems or reference architectures
• Background in large-scale enterprise or global environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and complex challenges
