Position Overview
Cult Gaia is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting across both Retail and Corporate functions. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of recruiting experience who is passionate about fashion, luxury retail, and building exceptional teams.
The Associate Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a seamless and elevated candidate experience that reflects the Cult Gaia brand.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Support full-cycle recruitment for Retail and Corporate positions across the organization.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for roles including: Store Managers, Stylists / Sales Associates, Retail Operations, Corporate and HQ functions including Marketing, E-commerce, Design, Production, Finance, and Operations.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Assist with staffing needs for all retail locations.
- Support high-volume and seasonal retail hiring initiatives.
- Help identify candidates who align with Cult Gaia’s luxury client experience and brand values.
- Support recruitment for corporate and creative teams.
- Help coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate tracking within ATS systems.
- Assist with scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding coordination.
- Track recruiting activity and hiring progress.
- Support recruiting process improvements and team initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within fashion, luxury retail, beauty, lifestyle, or creative industries.
- Experience recruiting for retail and/or corporate functions preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional, polished, and candidate-focused approach.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for fashion, luxury, and brand-driven environments.
- Experience supporting retail store hiring or corporate creative recruiting.
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
