Key Responsibilities

• Process and review accounts payable transactions, focusing on import container payables and freight invoices
• Ensure invoices are accurately coded, approved, and entered into our accounting system
• Monitor payment schedules and take advantage of early payment discounts
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice/payment issues
• Maintain organized, up-to-date accounts payable records

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Experience handling import container payables and freight invoice processing
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable best practices
• Familiarity with payment terms and early payment discounts
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

• Experience in the RV industry

Work Schedule & Environment

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Flexibility for occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Office-based role with occasional travel for training or industry events
