Marvelux Lighting and Decorating Elves are looking for a strong Office Manager to help bring structure, accountability, and support to our growing business.

This is not a passive desk role. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who likes to keep people organized, systems moving, customers supported, and teams aligned. If you are highly organized, people-focused, and enjoy being a central part of a small business that is growing, this could be a great fit.

We are a Tampa Bay-based home service company with two specialized brands:

  • Marvelux Lighting – premium outdoor and architectural lighting
  • Decorating Elves – high-end holiday and event lighting

We take pride in professionalism, responsiveness, quality, and customer experience. We are looking for someone who can help strengthen the office side of the business and support the team as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As our Office Manager, you will help lead the daily administrative and support operations of the business. You will work closely with leadership while supporting office staff, customer communication, sales support, and marketing coordination.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
  • Help create structure, consistency, and accountability across office functions
  • Support customer service, front-office communication, and internal coordination
  • Supervise office-based team members in administrative, sales support, and marketing support roles
  • Help improve the customer journey from lead intake through follow-up and ongoing communication
  • Coordinate internal meetings, priorities, and communication between departments
  • Assist leadership with reporting, follow-through, and executive support tasks
  • Support onboarding, hiring coordination, and HR-related administrative needs
  • Monitor office-related expenses, systems, and vendor relationships
  • Help refine processes and improve how the business operates as it grows

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in office management, administration, operations support, or similar leadership roles
  • Experience supervising or leading office-based team members
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and proactive approach to work
  • Comfortable using business software and office platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, scheduling tools, and communication platforms

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a home service, trades, construction, or service-based business
  • Familiarity with customer service workflows, sales support, and marketing coordination
  • Experience with onboarding, HR administration, or team documentation
  • Budget tracking and reporting experience
  • Process improvement and SOP development experience
