Work You'll Do
As a US Delivery Center Solution Specialist on the team, you will:
- Help consult with clients on the system design of AWS environments
- Install, configure, automate, and monitor various Cloud Platform Services
- Maintain multiple (DevOps) environments based on client requirements
- Assist in system migrations and system upgrades to create and deploy new cloud environments

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS DevOps, Terraform and automation scripting with Python, Bash, Ansible etc.
- Advanced understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure services such as VPC, EC2, S3, EBS, EFS, ELB, IAM
- System Administration Experience with Ubuntu, RedHat Linux or Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019/2022.
- Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geohubs (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, or Philadelphia)
- Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
Preferred:
- Cloud native language experience (Lambda, Node.js, Python, Go)
- AWS certifications (associate and professional level), RedHat Linux system administration and HashiCorp Terraform certifications are preferrable
- Experience with server hardening for security compliance
- Experience with DevOps/Automation tools including AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, Gitlab
- Experience with cloud operations (backup, patching, vulnerability management)
- Experience working with cloud automation and deployment tools (CloudFormation, Ansible, Terraform, Chef)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS EKS, AWS ECS, Fargate)
