Role summary

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer specializing in Natural Language Query (NLQ) to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The role requires strong proficiency in Python, React JS, Generative AI (GenAI) with a focus on RAG-based solutions, and Graph Databases (Neo4j preferred) or Elasticsearch. Experience with MSSQL, Snowflake, and FastAPI is mandatory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-ready NLQ interfaces and solutions, not just theoretical knowledge or POCs/MVPs. Experience with Genesys PureCloud APIs is a plus.
