Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior Product Manager
with strong
strategic, technical, and architectural expertise
to lead enterprise platform products within a government environment. The role involves managing the
end-to-end product lifecycle
, driving product strategy, and working closely with engineering and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage
end-to-end product lifecycle
(strategy to delivery)
- Define
product vision, roadmap, and requirements (PRDs)
- Collaborate with engineering teams for
timely product delivery
- Identify product gaps and improve
customer experience
- Drive
product launches and stakeholder alignment
- Develop
user guides, governance processes, and onboarding frameworks

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience in
Product Management (end-to-end lifecycle)
- Solid understanding of:
- Application & technology architecture
- APIs, platform services, and databases
- Cloud architecture and deployments
- Experience with
integration, middleware, and distributed systems
- Knowledge of
SDLC / Agile methodologies
- Experience working with
engineering teams and enterprise platforms
- Exposure to
Enterprise Architecture and governance processes

Nice-to-Have

- Experience with
Kubernetes, OpenShift, VMware, Microservices
- Tech stack:
Java, Spring, Angular, Python, Node.js, SQL, APIs
- Experience with
large-scale middleware platforms
- Public sector experience
