Requires 3-5+ years of outside sales experience and comfort with 75% travel. Preferred experience in medical device sales, particularly in orthopedics, DME, podiatry, or footwear, is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Crush sales targets through strategic account development and new customer acquisition
  • Build and execute territory business plans that maximize market penetration
  • Convert competitive business by demonstrating superior value and building unshakeable relationships

Build Strategic Relationships

  • Develop deep partnerships with physicians, podiatrists, clinic staff, and DME providers
  • Conduct product education sessions and clinical demonstrations
  • Plan and execute local events that position you as the go-to expert in your territory

Master Your Market

  • Identify high-value opportunities and manage your sales pipeline like a pro
  • Leverage CRM (Salesforce) to track every opportunity and optimize your time
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive threats, and market opportunities

Who You Are

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world sales success
  • 3-5+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Comfortable with 75% travel throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin (your territory, your schedule)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

The Difference-Makers (Preferred):

  • 3+ years in orthopedic, DME, Podiatry or medical device sales; strong preference for footwear experience
  • Experience calling on hospitals, clinics, and physician practices
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third-party reimbursement
  • Salesforce or CRM proficiency
  • Experience working with distributor networks

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary:
$50,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE):
$150,000 - $250,000+
- Commission Structure:
Uncapped—top performers can exceed $250K
