UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in a fully onsite role. The ideal candidate will bring a strong user-centered design approach, a passion for solving complex problems, and experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments. This role is ideal for someone with a background in FinTech, Banking, or Enterprise Software who can translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate complex functional requirements into elegant, scalable design solutions.
• Ensure consistency in design systems and maintain UI standards across products.
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, balancing user needs with technical and business constraints.
• Work within Agile frameworks using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum
5 years of professional UI/UX design experience
.
- Proven experience in
FinTech, Banking, or Enterprise Software domains
(preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a
process-driven design approach
and problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing
complex dashboards or transaction-heavy systems
(escrow experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Prior experience working with cross-functional global teams.
