Role summary

Duckie is seeking a Founding Business Development Representative to build out its go-to-market motion and drive revenue growth. This role involves owning the top-of-funnel pipeline, including building outbound campaigns using tools like Dripify and Apollo, generating and qualifying leads, and potentially driving inbound interest through various channels. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation within early-stage SaaS, a proven track record in building outbound sales engines, and experience with multiple top-of-funnel strategies. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter with a builder's mindset, offering the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.

### **What You’ll Own**

We’re growing fast and looking for a **top-of-funnel lead.** You’ll be working alongside the founders to build out a strong GTM motion to bring in new customers and drive revenue.

If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and move fast, this role’s for you. As we scale, you’ll grow into a leadership role shaped by what you build.

You’ll own the **top-of-funnel** pipelines:

* Build **outbound campaigns** (email, LinkedIn, etc.) using tools like Dripify, Instantly, Apollo, and Clay
* **Pipeline Building**: Consistently generate and qualify top-of-funnel leads for Founders.
* Bonus: Drive **inbound interest** through social media, paid ads, SEO, events, and influencer-style content
* Turn learnings into repeatable playbooks. As we grow, you will help build the GTM org

### **Who you are**

You’re a seasoned with an authentic passion for sales and a builder’s mindset. You want the early-stage chaos, the ownership, and a blank slate.

* Have 3+ years of experience in B2B **leads generation**, in early-stage SaaS
* Have experience with building a strong **outbound sales engine**.
* Have run **multiple top-of-funnel motions** — outbound, inbound, paid, organic — and know what works.
* Are comfortable doing everything yourself: writing cold emails, launching ads, posting on LinkedIn, etc.
* Must be based in the US.
