Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wethersfield, CT, for a Digital Product Manager. The Digital Product Manager will oversee the development and execution of digital product initiatives from concept to launch. Key responsibilities include defining product vision, conducting market research, creating product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring product success through performance evaluation and optimization. The role demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on implementation to enhance digital service offerings and member engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Product Management and Project Management skills, including defining product strategies, creating roadmaps, and managing cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Digital Strategy development with a demonstrated ability to identify trends, analyze market needs, and drive innovation in digital offerings.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate across organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills, including the capacity to evaluate data and metrics to inform decision-making and achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in the financial or credit union industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
