Role summary

We are seeking a contract Java Software Engineer for a 100% onsite role in Chandler, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in application development using Java and Microservices, with expertise in REST APIs. Proficiency in database technologies like Oracle and Mongo, along with 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot and 2+ years with Kafka, is required. Experience in test automation (unit and functional) using BDD, Selenium, and Cucumber, as well as working in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban) for at least 2 years, is also essential. Experience with cloud migrations to platforms like Google, Azure, or PCF is preferred.

5+ years of Software Engineering experience,

5+ years of experience in Application Development using Java and Microservices, Rest API

5+ years of experience using Database Technologies such as Oracle, Mongo

3+ years of experience using Spring Boot.

2+ years of experience using Kafka.

2+ years of experience working in an Agile working environment such as Scrum or Kanban.

Experience in BDD, Selenium and Cucumber, Test Automation (unit and functional)

Nice to have:

2+ years of experience building relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

2+ years of experience in Migrating Applications to Cloud such as Google, Azure, or PCF.

A certification in Cloud a plus. experience in Financial Industry a plus.
